This book does an admirable job of getting inside the head of someone with dyslexia and portraying the confusion and frustration they cope with in a regular school setting. My children, who do not have dyslexia, enjoyed it. A child with dyslexia might enjoy listening to it. I thought the characters in the book were stereotyped a little strongly; the mean girl was really mean and the geek ultra smart. However, it was good overall. There are a few mild swear words in it.
